A day after former Australian cricketer David Warner announced he is officially making his acting debut with a cameo in the Telugu film Robinhood, starring Nithiin and Sreeleela, he asked his fans if he should also join and become a member of parliament.
Taxing to X, Warner wrote, “I think I need to join and become a member of parliament!! Thoughts???”
Earlier on 15 March, Warner took to X and announced he would be making a special appearance in the upcoming Telegu film Robinhood. He also shared the film’s poster, giving fans a glimpse of his look and revealing the release date.
“Indian Cinema, here I come. Excited to be a part of #Robinhood. Thoroughly enjoyed shooting for this one. GRAND RELEASE WORLDWIDE ON MARCH 28th,” Warner wrote in his post.
The makers, Mythri Movie Makers, revealed the poster on social media with the caption, “After shining and leaving a mark on the ground, it is time for him to shine on the silver screen. Introducing the widely loved @davidwarner31 to Indian cinema with #Robinhood in an exciting cameo (sic).”
David Warner has long expressed his admiration for the Telugu cinema. He would be joining the film’s promotions in the coming weeks
Warner is not only famous for his on-field presence, but he is quite popular for his social media appearance. He was often seen making reels and dancing to Telugu songs with his family.
