Ashutosh Gowariker’s son Konark Gowariker recently tied the knot with Niyati Kanakia. Their wedding reception was a grand affair as one saw many celebrities who have worked with Ashutosh attending the wedding. While we saw Aamir Khan, Javed Akhtar, Shabana Azmi, Gracy Singh among other celebs posing at the red carpet. Now some inside photos from the reception have gone viral. Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had also attended the wedding.
The couple was seen twinning in white. While Aishwarya looked gorgeous in a white chikankari anarkali dress with gold intricate design, Abhishek was wearing a white sherwani. Abhishek and Aishwarya were seen having a conversation with a spiritual leader from Isckon.

While Aishwarya has worked with Ashutosh Gowariker in ‘Jodha Akbar’, Abhishek has collaborated with the film-maker for ‘Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey’ co-starring Deepika Padukone.

Shah Rukh Khan was also seen attending the wedding, though he wasn’t at the red carpet either. SRK was seen hugging the bride and groom while congratulating them. SRK looked dapper in a black suit with glasses.
SRK’s collaboration with Gowariker, ‘Swades’ is considered one of his best works so far. Amidst so many of Shah Rukh’s memorable movies, fans continue to shower immense love on ‘Swades’.
