CBFC has suggested these cuts in Salman Khan's 'Sikandar' - Duration, certificate and other details inside

Salman Khan is gearing up for the release of his big Eid release, ‘Sikandar’. It’s tradition for fans to be treated with a Salman movie on Eid and this time, Salman is back with it. The film directed by AR Murugadoss, stars Rashmika Mandanna opposite the actor. Here’s the runtime, certificate from CBFC (Censor Board Of Film Certification) and more details of the film.
According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, the film has gotten a U/A certificate with only minor cuts. The makers have been asked to remove the word ‘Home’ from ‘Home Minister’ mentioned in the movie. The CBFC has also asked them to blur visuals of a political party hoarding. No other visual cut has been suggested by the board, hence, the action sequences of the film are kept intact.
The duration of the movie is 150.08 minutes which means it’s 2 hours 30 minutes, 8 seconds long. Salman has pulled off some intense action in the movie. At the trailer launch of the film, Salman revealed that Murugadoss pushed him to do a 14-hour long shift despite him having a rib injury.
During the trailer launch of the movie, Salman also spoke about his age-difference with heroine Rashmika. He said, “I have a 31-year age difference with the heroine. But the heroine doesn’t have a problem, her father doesn’t have a problem. Now, when she gets married and has a child, she will still be a star. And we will work with her too—of course, with her permission.”
‘Sikandar’ is set to release on March 30.
