Do you know Salman Khan is not allowed to do action sequences?

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is known for his larger-than-life action-packed roles, but did you know that he is technically not allowed to perform action sequences? One of the major reasons for this restriction dates back to 2011 when Salman underwent a critical nerve surgery in the US to treat Trigeminal Neuralgia. This rare condition causes severe facial pain, often described as one of the most excruciating pains known to medical science. The actor had been battling the condition for years before finally opting for surgery, which significantly improved his health but also placed certain limitations on his physical activities.
Despite this, Salman Khan continues to dominate the action genre in Bollywood. Following his surgery, he starred in high-octane action films like Dabangg 2, Bodyguard, Ek Tha Tiger, and Kick, all featuring intense fight sequences, stunts, and high-speed chases. His upcoming film, Sikandar, is also expected to be packed with power-packed action, keeping his fans excited.
While Salman Khan is advised to avoid excessive strain due to his medical condition, he still manages to bring his signature action hero persona to the screen. Something as simple as a push-up can also become very dangerous for him, he stated during an episode on Aaj Ki Adaalat with Rajat Sharma. Filmmakers tailor action sequences to suit his physical comfort without compromising on the adrenaline-pumping experience audiences expect from a Salman Khan film.
With Sikandar set to hit screens soon, fans can once again witness their beloved star in action, proving that nothing can keep Salman Khan away from his trademark larger-than-life performances.
Sikandar is slated to release on the occasion of Eid on 30th March, the film will see him sharing screen space with Rashmika Mandanna for the first time. Also their latest song Zohra Jaben has caught the attention of the nation and is trending on social media.
