Former Bigg Boss contestant Natasa Stankovic is embracing a new chapter in her life after separating from cricketer Hardik Pandya last July. The two were together for four years and are co-parenting their four-year-old son Agastya. In an exclusive conversation, Nataša confesses that she’s ready to fall in love again.
As she celebrated her birthday earlier in March, Nataša takes a moment to reflect on the past year. “This year was beautiful and special. I had a lovely time with Agastya during the day and at night had small get together with my lovely people. So my day has been filled up with so much love and joy,” the DJ Waali Babu actress tells us about her birthday.
Talking about the year that has been, she says, “Last year was quite challenging and I am grateful for it. As we grow wiser while going through challenges, and I just love it. Had many experiences ( good and bad) so I believe that we mature with experiences and not with age.”
She also opens up on the idea of being in love. “As I look to the year ahead I am definitely open to the new experiences, opportunities and maybe love. I am not averse to it (falling in love). I want to embrace whatever life brings my way. I believe that the right connection happens naturally when the time is right. I value meaningful relationships, the one that are built on trust and understanding. I think love should compliment my journey and not define it,” she expands.
The former Nach Baliye participant is also open to get back to work. “When it comes to professional life, its not easy to get back after five long years of not being in the industry. But me being someone who loves working and improving I will keep trying and if nothing comes up I would happily pursue a new career,” she adds.
Elaborating on what the ups and downs in her life have taught her, Natasa says, “Life doesn’t always go as planned, but how you respond to challenges define your growth. You can’t look at setbacks as failures, but an experience that redirects you towards something better. Don’t try to prove anyone wrong, because it is only going to cost you your peace. It’s not worth it. Just forgive and move on.
