Has Salman Khan charged Rs 120 crore for Sikandar? Here's how much Rashmika Mandanna has charged: Report

Salman Khan is gearing up for his next big Eid release, ‘Sikandar‘ which sees Rashmika Mandanna opposite him for the first time. As the teaser of the movie and first song, ‘Zohra Jabeen’ have been unveiled, there’s already immense buzz surrounding the movie and fans have raised their excitement. The film is directed by AR Murugadoss and now a recent report suggests that Salman’s fees for the film is Rs 120 crore.
As reported by Filmibeat, Salman Khan has charged a whopping Rs 120 crore for Sikandar. While the report was not clear if Salman has opted for a profit sharing model for this film, just like his other movies too. Meanwhile, this report suggests that Rashmika Mandanna has been paid Rs 5 crore for the movie, after the success of ‘Animal‘ and ‘Pushpa 2‘. The film also stars Kajal Aggarwal and according to this report, she has been paid Rs 3 crore.
According to reports, producer Sajid Nadiadwala has already recovered Rs 165 crore from the streaming rights on OTT, television and music rights of the movie. Pinkvilla had reported that Netflix has acquired the streaming rights of ‘Sikandar’ at Rs 80 crore and if the film crosses Rs 350 crore at the box office then the deal will close at Rs 100 crore. Thus, around 80 percent of the budget of the movie has been recovered.
But word of mouth will play a huge role for the film to bring in those huge numbers which usually a Salman movie releasing on Eid is expected to get.
