Hrithik Roshan's 'Kites' co-star Barbara Mori says she is willing to do a Bollywood movie again: 'If you invite me, I will be more than happy...'

Uruguayan-born Mexican actor and model Barbara Mori, who starred with Hrithik Roshan in Kites (2010), is set to return to Bollywood. In an interview, she shared that she now feels more confident as an actor compared to when she worked on the film.
Talking to Puja Talwar, Barbara Mori expressed her eagerness to work in an Indian film again, as Kites remains her only Bollywood project. She recalled her joy while filming Los Dos Hemisferios De Lucca in India last year and said she would be delighted to return, hoping for an opportunity to collaborate again.

Barbara also playfully mentioned that her co-star Juan Pablo Medina would love to join her in a Bollywood film, even dancing alongside her. Reflecting on her journey, she shared that she has changed significantly since Kites, now enjoying acting and life more, unlike her earlier struggles on set.

Barbara Mori starred alongside Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut in Anurag Basu’s Kites (2010), a film about a wounded man searching for his love in the Mexican desert. After that, she didn’t work in Indian films. In 2024, she appeared in Las Azules/Women in Blue and Lucca’s World on Netflix, portraying a mother of a child with cerebral palsy in a story based on real events.
