Kajol Vishal Devgan has reportedly sold her apartment in Mumbai’s Powai area for Rs 3.1 crore. The property deal was finalized and registered on March 20, as revealed by documents accessed by Zapkey.com.
The buyers of the apartment are Vrushali Rajnish Rane and Rajnish Vishvnath Rane, as indicated by the documents. The 762 sq ft apartment is located on the 21st floor of the Atlantis Co-Operative Housing Society Limited in Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, and comes with two stack car parking spaces. The property’s per sq ft rate is around Rs 40,682 based on the RERA carpet area.

This month, Kajol bought a 4,365 sq ft commercial space in Goregaon West, Mumbai, for Rs 28.78 crore. The ground-floor retail space, located on Linking Road in Bangur Nagar, was acquired from Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd.
