    A bizarre incident occurred during the third ODI between Pakistan and New Zealand at the Bay Oval on Saturday when the entire stadium in Mount Maunganui went under darkness while the play was going on. he incident took place in the 39th over of the Pakistan innings with Tayyab Tahir taking the strike.

    A bizarre moment occurred during the third ODI between Pakistan and New Zealand on April 5, Saturday at the Bay Oval in Mount Maunganui as lights went out. In a video surfaced on social media, the ground went dark as floodlights were shut due to power outage at the stadium. The lights went out just as Jacob Duffy ran in to bowl, forcing Tahir to get out of the way. However, the right-handed batter found himself walking back to the pavilion straight after the lights came back on as Duffy dismissed him for 33 off 31 deliveries.
