Shraddha Kapoor REACTS to theory of being called real villain of horror-comedy franchise ‘Stree’: ‘Yaar, main Shakti Kapoor ki beti hun naa…’

Ahead of Stree 2’s television premiere, the Chanderi gang reacted to viral fan theories about the film and the Maddock horror-comedy universe. As fans know, Shraddha Kapoor revealed last year that she plays Stree’s daughter but kept her name a mystery. In a video, she read a theory about her character: “I think Shraddha Kapoor’s character is the real villain of the universe. She’s using Vicky to eliminate everyone and grow her powers. In the end, she’ll take over the world.” Amused, Shraddha quipped, “Well, that’s because I’m Shakti Kapoor’s daughter!”
Shraddha had everyone in splits before adding, “It’s a great idea, it’ll be fun!” That’s definitely an interesting theory. Here’s another one that’s been making waves online. Rumors suggest Shraddha will appear in all eight films of Maddock’s horror-comedy universe, announced earlier this year.
The lineup for 2025 kicks off with Thama and Shakti Shalini starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna, followed by Bhediya 2, Chamunda, Stree 3, Maha Munjya, Pehla Mahayudh, and Doosara Mahayudh.
