Renowned Hollywood stunt coordinator J.J. Perry, known for his work on the Keanu Reeves starrer John Wick series, has completed work on the upcoming film Indian film Toxic. Taking to social media, Perry shared a photo with lead actor Yash from the sets, teasing fans with an exciting update.
The stunt coordinator, who has worked on several action film franchises including Fast & Furious, Avatar 2, Gemini Man, and Transformers 5, took to his handle to share an update that read, “Was a pleasure working with my friend @thenameisyash on the film #Toxic! Had a great run in India, got to work with a lot of my dear friends from all over Europe :-)”
Teasing fans awaiting the action packed film, he added, “Can’t wait for everybody to see this one. It’s a banger! So proud of what we did.”
Directed by Geethu Mohandas, Toxic is slated for a multi-language release in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. Originally set to hit theatres in April 2025, the film’s release has been postponed, due to production delays and is now expected to be released in late 2025.
In addition to Yash, Toxic features Bollywood stars Kiara Advani and Nayanthara in pivotal roles.
Meanwhile, Yash is also busy with Nitesh Tiwari’s ambitious epic Ramayana, co-starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and Sunny Deol. The film will see the actor take on the role of Ravan opposite Kapoor’s Ram. He was spotted in Mumbai early this month, shooting a portion of the film that is scheduled for a grand Diwali 2026 release.
