    'Vanvaas' to 'Be Happy' to 'Moana 2': Top OTT releases to enjoy this week

    The second week of March is here, and with the Holi festivities around the corner, the celebrations have reached new heights. Considering the same, several popular OTT platforms have also shared the fresh lineup which will offer a full dose of entertainment. Be it heartfelt dramas or thriller suspense, this week’s OTT releases’ line up has it all.
    So without further ado, check out the top OTT release to watch this week
    ‘The Wheel of Time: Season 3’
    With Rosamund Pike, Daniel Henney, and Zoë Robins in the lead, ‘The Wheel of Time’ is back with season 3. It is based on the epic fantasy series on Robert Jordan’s novels, which dives deeper into Moiraine’s prophecy. High octane action sequences are the USP of the series, which can be seen on Amazon Prime Video on March 13.
    ‘Be Happy’
    Directed by Remo D’Souza and headlined by Abhishek Bachchan, this emotional dance drama follows the story of a single father. The trailer shows how this father doesn’t hesitate in going to great lengths to help his daughter fulfill her dream of competing in a prestigious dance reality show. This emotional dose wrapped in the package of entertainment will be served only on Amazon Prime Video on March 14.
    ‘Moana 2’
    If animated movies are your thing, you are in for a treat! In this beautiful Disney movie, Moana embarks on an extraordinary voyage after an unexpected call from her ancestors. She goes through uncharted waters on a journey filled with adventures. With Dwayne Johnson and Auliʻ’i Cravalho reprising their roles, ‘Moana 2’ will be available on JioHotstar on March 14.
    ‘Vanvaas’
    Nana Patekar and Utkarash Sharma starrer ‘Vanvaas’ is an emotional drama set in Varanasi. It unfolds the tale of an aging father, suffering from dementia. He is abandoned by his family, and then he finds comfort and companionship in a local thief. The film can be streamed on ZEE5 on March 14.
    ‘The Electric State’
    Headlined by Millie Bobby Brown, ‘The Electric State’ is based on Simon Stålenhag’s sci-fi novel. It is the story of a teenage orphan who tries to navigate a retro-futuristic America in search of her missing brother. She is joined by Chris Pratt, who plays a smuggler. Further, special appearances by Giancarlo Esposito and Stanley Tucci are something to look forward to. The movie is releasing on Netflix on March 14.
    ‘Ponman’
    This Malayalam drama starring Basil Joseph narrates a compelling story centered around dowry-related challenges. When a man finances his sister’s wedding, turmoil ensues as the groom is revealed to be a well-known criminal. With thrilling action scenes and deep emotional layers, “Ponman” delivers a poignant critique of social issues. You can watch it on JioHotstar on March 14.
